Thracia the Soft-Spoken looked down at the ring on her pinky and let out a small sigh. She peaked out of her carriage window and looked at the peaceful grasslands beyond the road. It was rather idyllic, and Thracia treasured this time she had before she'd be taken to ride over the sands. She was extremely embarrassed to be carried on the backs of her fellow Daguz- although the lions didn't mind it, it just bothered her. Suddenly, the carriage stopped and Thracia stepped out. Her sensible shoes pattered on the dirt road and she approaced the two lions who were pulling the carriage. "I can walk, really." she said, gesturing softly. One of them transformed back to its human shape and smiled at her. A large man, he seemed intimidating, but his smile dispelled that for Thracia. "You are an honored guest of the Lion King and the Wolf Queen. It is no problem to carry you, milady." he said. The other lion nodded, still untransformed.
A young girl jumped from the driver's seat and looked over at the lions. "I'll run ahead and tell the King and Queen that we've reached the desert." she said. The girl transformed into her catform and ran through the sand, disappearing quickly. "Formshift?" Thracia asked, pointing to a red gem handing from the two lions' hips. The man slapped his gem and grinned. "Makes us weaker, but this is just a transporting. No hostiles in sight." he said. Thracia smiled softly. "Well...I guess I could let you carry me." she said.
