There are two kind of people in this world.
And this isn't a "People who watch and people who take action" kind of thing.
This is about the stimulus of human and humanoid life- The fibers that literally make these creatures different, and make one outshine the other.
The first kind is like the people who walked the earth even now, but began becoming obsolete at 400 L.A.o.K , (L.A.o.K stands for Late Aftermath of Kronos, which was after the world divide and the outsprining of the Worms of Kreel, but everyone knows about that.)
These people have organs and working heart systems, and if you cut them- they bleed.
The other kind do not bleed if you cut them. No heart system, no organs- They don't even need the things regular humans need to survive-- But they are still human under the citation of the Emperor Unata act.
These people are made up of Neuro Matter.
Neuro Matter is the extremely valuable substance that looks like worms that is traded and sold in the undermarkets, for very high prices.
Sure, you could buy a human liver for less and wait a year or so to make a stash of some of that matter, or some veins, or even a brain- But people would rather have the concentrated stuff- The REAL thing.

There are also levels of the Nuero Matter-
Level One is generally a common ingredient to cause artificial life, and is needed in copious amounts to make life.
Level Two is a little stronger.
Level Three is a lot stronger and hard to come by.
Level Four is the hardest to find, and the most valuable.


People trade these for currency of the land, which is split up by two-
Aflow and Spice.
Aflow is like cents, and everyone generally has quite a bit to their name--
And Spice is like the bills, but it generally comes in urns and containers.


And people don't look like what you think they do.
Sure, if they were naked, they would look like a regular person.
But no one would be caught dead like that.

Goggles, dreadfalls, dresses, anything with cogs or circutry is generally used.

Men dress like they were chewed up and spewed out like a computer, and the girls look like cybergoth.

As simple as it gets.
The more accessory you have, the better-
Decadence is bliss.

The trick is to wear as much as possible, so that if you want to change your look, you can't be recognized.

As well, Neuro Matter Humans, called NMH, sell more Nuero Matter than RH, Regular Humans, do.

But the world isn't JUST Neuro Matter.

Anything Neuro or used in science is highly valued-- And everyone is smarter than your average Glock-Bear.

Oh, by the way, the Republicacy? Don't listen to them. They frown upon Nuero Matter and are all about peace between the two technic races- But they act like total dictators.

The NNMHU (National Neuro Matter Humans United) is completely against them, and wants to wipe out the RHRepublicacy.

Oh, fucking hell, they're trying to get in.

Name: Marche Blank
Age: Looks about late 20's. Not much of his face is really visible, so it's going off of his 'usual' voice references.
Alliance: No Identified Alliance, he's a hired hand and will easily give up one contract for another.
RH or NMH?: Once again, N/A. His ethics are as loose as his memories. He exists to serve in order to gain. Boolean logic states that he the greatest gain is the correct choice. The more one can amass, the better the choice.

Marche Blank is a being which no one really has a lot of information on. He's been known as a hired mercenary, and really...that's the only way to describe him. He kills, protects, guards, steals, saves, anything that needs to be done, he'll do it. And with an affluent flair to him. He takes payment more often than not in Credits, and shys away from any Neuro Matter payments. (Rumor has it, that he's made entirely of Type 4 Neuro Matter, as few people have ever seen him consume anything at all)
Attitude: Marche is a man with a very linear thought process. If Good, then do. if bad, then don't. His Boolean logic takes little to no consideration in the realm of ethics. In fact, the gray area doesn't exist with Marche. The Only gray area he sees is his hair. Although his sanity isn't quite 'there' it still doesn't change the fact that he is always hired for his jobs--at the right price. As people have come to know, it's best to pay him more when he finishes the job, than before hand. (Even though it takes quite a lot to hire him to begin with.) He takes no crap from anyone, and he does not....understand jokes.
History: I suppose I can't sit here and tell you that it doesn't matter where I come from. All that matters is that you are here, and I am here. We are together in a shared consciousness. Collectively we are one. If you understand our union, then I ask you this...who are you? Where did you come from? Perhaps in those answers you will seek the truth. That I, just like you...don't matter. We exist because of that shared collectiveness.
