RPGing is the absolute MAIN purpose of this website. Whatevereva was created as a safe haven for writers from The-N who were getting fed up with the strict rules and lack of serious material to write for. After a few years of being up, WEE is looking forward to making the leap to the big leagues. WEE want to be a legitimate site to go for for your writing/roleplaying needs.
So you want to create a RPG, but it keeps getting deleted before it evens starts? You want to find a group of writers that are fully committed as you are and are actually going to post well thought out posts? You want a place to go to that makes you feel comfortable and not watched under a microscope? Well you've come to the right place.
WEE was created to solve not only those problems, but loads of others as well. But, like every other site out there on the interwebs we have rules as well.
Jaya has written the simple explanation which will be posted next and then for those people now afraid to read a little lengthy post, continue below where there will be an a in-depth explanation.
1. RPGing is our main purpose. Don't spam the boards with stuff about random topics. The chat box is for that. Of course, you MAY use the "assorted dumbness" board once in a while, but restrain yourself as much as possible.
2. THERE IS A CHAT BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MAIN PAGE. SCROLL DOWN TO SEE IF ANYONE'S HERE TODAY. CLICK YOUR NAME (on the side bar thing) TO CHANGE IT.
3. Make an account on the site if you wanna RP. Takes a short while.
4. If you don't know what Role Playing Games are, check out Aubreys RPG School. She'll explain the basics. If it still doesn't answer your questions, badger her about it.
5. This is a fun site. Don't yell at people if they decide they feel like laughing instead of RPing at this particular moment. Sure, the main purpose of this site is RPing, but the other purpose is to escape the-n and have FUN.

Don't fret. There aren't many rules we try to enforce her at WEE. You're almost allowed to do anything and everything to your heart's content, but there are a few things that will not be tolerated. [new rules are added/old rules deleted upon discussion]
While we want to remain a little more lenient on offenders of these crimes, I will let it be known that chances won't come a dime a dozen. If you break a rule once, you'll go off almost scott free. However, if you continue to break rules on a count of you wanting to be some kind of douchey ass-hat, the Admins and Mods will discuss your future at WEE. If we feel your actions are THAT severe, it'll result in a perma-ban. We haven't actually had to do any of that to anyone as of yet, but don't think we won't consider doing it. Because we will.
From appearance alone, the site seems to be pretty simply huh? Wrong, there's plenty of places to find. WEE has 6 [Six] separate boards, but in each of them lies over dozens of content to read. To makes things much more easier for you, I'm going to supply you all with a directory of each board, their sub-boards, and what each of them are there for. Think of it as your very own database of some sort. :] [Fyi: all the title links are clickable]

Newbie Talk: This is the first board you will find on the main page. Newbie Talk is the board you go to if you're a new member who's looking for help, or a veteran who is wanting to help those who need help. This board serves as the sole place where you can look for further information that will help you out on this site. This board is very noob friendly and it's sub-board, Introduce Yourself serves as a rather big part as to why. If you're new or old and feel the need to introduce yourself to all the members, that's the place you go to.

For The Writers of WEE: This is a open talk forum where you're able to talk to other members of WEE. Thi ssite serves as sort of an alternative from the chatbox. This is for people who view open forum discussion as one of the classics and don't plan on writing in the cbox. This board also serves as the home thread for the "Of the Month" series, a monthly award deal that your fellow writers vote in. A new subboard, Games has been added there for when you want to play some writing games or want to plan out a online tournament in something.

...Rules & Guidelines...

- Participation: While you aren't required to join every RPG on the site, it's best that you at least try to delve into something on the site. Whether it's writing your own RSG, RPG, or joining in someone Else's story, or partaking even in the chat at the bottom of the main page. We like it that you try to make it be known that you're here. It seems rather silly to just lurk and do nothing else. Stop by and say hi, I promise, we don't bite. At least some of us don't.
- Follow Posting Etiquette: This is pretty easy. Writing a complete sentence isn't hard at all! Though, if you're one of the people who don't know where to begin in doing that just ask around and I'm positive that someone will be willing to help you on that. We're not huge grammar freaks, well... most of us aren't, but we do know the difference from right and wrong. However, if you are to mess up on your post, you're always able to continue to edit them thanks to a cool function called: Modify.
- Stay Committed: I can only stress this so much. Joining and suddenly leaving not only annoys the creator of the rp, it annoys the other writers as well. It's your duty as writers to stick to what you join. I know that there are temptations outside this place, but I will let you know that giving a heads up when you're leaving or going to be busy is the greatest thing you can do. Leaving without warning, is not.
- Be Friendly [or somewhat Cordial]: You aren't forced to like everyone on WEE [hell, you're not forced to like anyone actually. I know I don't! ;|], but you should at least try to be friendly with them while in a group setting, such as writing rpgs or in the c-box. Sometimes we just can't get along with people and that's understandable. However, it'd be better to talk about your problems with an Admin be it Eva, Gafe, or myself. Instead of having a big blowout, things can be talked out and resolved.. be it in a small manner or something much major.
